The Fowey Hotel has a Civil Wedding licence and is the perfect intimate venue in Cornwall for a wedding, Civil Partnership or renewal of vows.  The Fowey is a romantic location that can accommodate all your wedding requirements - or just a part.  You could choose to have the ceremony at the hotel or perhaps you are planning a church wedding and just want to hold the reception at the hotel.

Receptions can be held in the restaurant, which can cater for a maximum of 70 guests.  For a small, more informal wedding reception, you can hire the Piano Lounge, which caters for up to 24 people seated or 30 for an informal buffet.  The hotel's Tea Gardens are ideal for welcome drinks and canapés during the summer months. Wedding photogaphers are spoilt for choice with our beautiful gardens, breathtaking views, Victorian architecture and, if it's a sandy carpet underfoot that you desire, the local beach at Readymoney is only a short walk away!

The hotel has seen jazz, rock and roll, steel drums, discos and even a scrap band perform and will welcome any form of entertainment that you would like.  Entertainment is permissed until 11pm and we are able to apply for an extension, at a surcharge.
