Fowey Gym

Fowey Leisure Centre is just a ten minute walk or five minute drive from the hotel. 
It offers the following facilities:

 Elements Gym
A well equipped gym with cardiovascular equipment, fixed/free weights and abdominal exercises.  Fitness classes £3 per session.  Gym is £4 per session.

Sports Hall
This is a four badminton court sized sports hall with sprung floor and availability to use the space for a variety of sports and non-sporting activities.  Badminton charges £5 per hour per court.

Squash
There are two courts both of which have viewing areas.  Charge is £5 per hour.

Outdoor Pool
Whilst the pool is outdoors, it is heated to 800 and covered by thermo covers overnight which help retain the temperature of the pool water.
It is generally open from May to mid-September each year from 5.00pm – 8.00pm term time weekdays and from 10.00am to 5.00pm Saturday and Sunday and throughout the day during school holidays.
Whenever it is open to members of the public, it is always lifeguarded by professional, qualified Lifeguards.

Sunshower 

Many sunworshippers have a preference to upright tanning, the spacious cabin permits free movement, enabling a seamless tan to be acquired on virtually every part of the body. With this sunshower, tanning time is reduced to five or ten minute sessions.
