Tucked away in the south west corner of the Fowey Hotel, you will find the 2 AA rosette, award winning, Spinnakers Restaurant. The Restaurant offers its diners an easy ambience, exceptional service, unrivalled panoramic views of the Fowey Estuary and the very best of Cornish cuisine.
The kitchen is under the direction of Head Chef, Mark Griffiths. Mark and his team are renowned for taking pride in the local ingredients that can be found right on the Quayside or on the doorstep of the hotel; from the fresh fish in the Estuary to the livestock reared in the acres of rolling green Cornish farmlands. The team work hard to create expertly balanced, complex, yet traditional dishes with a strong emphasis on flavour and texture.
