For evening receptions it is required that the wedding party take a percentage of the hotel rooms for guest use. The hotel offers highly competitive rates for function guests and by taking accommodation the party can continue later into the night without need of a bar extension. The number of rooms the hotel requires parties to take varies according to the time of year as follows:

Low Season (November – February)
Friday nights:	8 rooms
Saturday nights:	17 rooms

Mid Season (March – May)
Friday nights:	10 rooms
Saturday nights:	20 rooms

High Season (June – October)
Friday nights:	17 rooms
Saturday nights:	25 rooms

To include dinner just add £10pp per night to the above rates. Stay 3 nights or more at any time of year and get a complimentary Eden Project ticket.

Please note these rates are subject to availability over Bank Holidays or during Easter period. They are not available during Daphne DuMaurier Week (May) or Fowey Royal Regatta week (August). A supplement of £30 is charged for sole occupancy of a double/twin room. Children 15+ years are charged as adults.
